Dear Mr. Farrar:
We have reviewed the above referenced exemption application.
Normally we could not issue additional well permits in this area.
However, since the land is physically subdivided by the highway,
we can issue one household use only well permit on the seven
acre parcel and we recommend approval of the Rees Exemption.
