WHEREAS, C. HUMBERT REES has petitioned the Board of County Commissioners
of Garfieid County, Colorado, for an exemption under C.R.S. (tSZi1 Section 30-
2B-101 (to1 (a) - (a) as amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield
County, Co'lorado, adopted September 'l , 1972 and anended Apri 1 .l4, .l975, Sections
I.02.17 (d) and 3.02.0.l for the dfvision of a 216.97 acre tract of land into
six (6) tracts, three of which said tracts require an exemption being Zg.7Z
acres, 19.89 acres, and 29.06 acres, in size, with the remaining three tracts
in excess of 35 acres each, all said tracts more particular'ly described as
fol lows:

WHEREAS, the Petitioner has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Board
that there is a reasonable probability of locat'ing domestic water on each of
said tracts, that there is adequate ingress and egress to said tracts, that the
location of septic tanks will be permitted by the Colorado Department of HeaIth,
that the requested division i.s in accordance with the general purposes and
intent of the Subdivision Regulations of the State of Colorado and the County
of Garfield and should, therefore, be exempted from the definition of the
terms "subdivision" and "subdivided land" as set forth in C.R.S. (.I973) Section
30-28-101 (.l0) (a) - (a) as amended;

in excess of 35 acres each, more or less, all as is more fu]ly described above.
