I am writing to confirm the 'lega'lity of the
exemption that was granted on the parcel of Iand
that you purchased from Humbert Rees.
The County Attorney has made the determination
that the 6.82 acre parce'l located on the West side
of Highway 13 in the Sl^l% Sl^l% SE% SE% of Section 9
Township 5 South, Range 93 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian, of Garfield County, Colorado, is a legalsplit of the property and was applied for in an
exemption dated August, 1977.
