Pursuant to C.R.s. (1973) Seetion 30-28-101 (10) (a) -(d) as
amencled, and the Suhdivision Regulations of carfield county,
colorado, adopted september 1, lg72 and amended April 14, ]-975,
Sections I.02.1Z (a) and 3.02.01, the undersioned D.ICHA.RD II. REI.IN
respectfully petitions the Board of county commissioners of
Garfield Countlz, Colorado, to exemot by resolution a 25 aere tract
of land into 2 pareels as follov:s: 1of 5.0 aeres ant{ l of 20.0
aeres (attached,nxhibit I'a.rr and "Bu) more fuIIy hereinafter
described, from the tlef initions of "suhdivision" and. "subdivision
land" as the terms are used and defined in c.R.s. (1973) section
30-28-101 (a ) - (,f ) and the Garf ield Countlz Su!:division Pegulations,
for the reasons state<l helor.r: resale of the 5.0 acre parcel for
a single farnily residence.
