DIRECTOR DETERMINATION
Reguesf for a Major Exemption for the Reid Parcel #2177-031-00-019
Garfield County File Number MAEA5909
Dear Ms. Chandler,
This letter is provided to you as the representative of the owners of a 39.77-acre
parcel of land located 1150 CR 233. A request for a Major Exemption to create
three new parcels and a remainder parcel has been reviewed by the Director of
Building and Planning. The Director Determination, whether to approve, approve
with conditions, or deny the request, is hereby denied based upon the non-
compliance of requirements as stipulated in Article V and as identified in the
attached staff report.
Section 4-104 B. of the Garfield County Land Use Resolution of 2008, as
amended, explains the guidelines to request a "Reconsideration of Director's
Decision". Request for reconsideration must be made in writing within 10 days of
the date of this determination. (Please note, since this letter is not going out to
you untiltoday, that 10 day time frame will begin from today. April 19, 2010.)
