A request for a Major Exemption to create three new parcels and a remainder parcel has been reviewed by the Director of Building and Planning. The Director Determination, whether to approve, approve with conditions, or deny the request, is hereby denied based upon the non- compliance of requirements as stipulated in Article V and as identified in the attached staff report. Section 4-104 B. of the Garfield County Land Use Resolution of 2008, as amended, explains the guidelines to request a "Reconsideration of Director's Decision". Request for reconsideration must be made in writing within 10 days of the date of this determination.
