Request for a Major Exemption forthe Reid Parceltr2177-031-00-019

Dear Ms. Chandler,
This letter is provided to you as the representative of the owners of a 39.77-acre
parcel of land Iocated 1 150 CR 233. A request for a Major Exemption to create
two new parcels and a remainder parcel has been reviewed by the Director of
Building and Planning. The Direc{or Determination, whether to approve, approve
with conditions, or deny the request, oonsiders the attached sfitr report regardirq
the revbw of fie applkrtion based upon the Unifted Land Use Resolution of
2008, as amended. The Determination is hereby issued to approve the
application compliant with the fdhuting ondit*rns:
That all representatircns mde by the Applicant in a public hearing before the
Board of County Commissioners shall be considered corditions of approval
unbss otherwise amended or changed by the Director.
The Applicant shall submit an exemption plat within 180 days of approval of
the Exemption from SubdMsion Regulatkrns compliant with State Statute and
County Regulations. No transfer of the property or issuance of buiHing
permits may occur until such time as the Board of County Commissioners
approves and signs the exemption plat, and the plat is recorded with the
County Clerk and Remrder.
The sbned mylar shall be submitted at least one week prior to scheduling the
pH fs signat rc by tfie Board d Courty Cornmissioners. Adequate
recording fees shall aooonpany the mylar.
Tfe ptoprty is &ocated in Sctrool District RE-2 therefore the Applicant shall
be required to pay $200 for one additional parcel. This fee shall be pakl at or
prior to fie Board of Coufi Commissircners signing the exemption plat.

5- Prior to the Board of County Comrnissioners signing of the plat the Applicantshall provide the following information regarding adequacy of the watersupply:
a. A minimum 24. hour pump test shall be performed on the well(s) to beused. The results of the pump test shallbe analyzed and summarized in areport including basic well data (size, depth, itatic water level, aquifer,
