Regarding Lot 5 Preserve, 6 Silver Spruce :
The O.W.T.S. system at this location installed by us has been installed per plan and was inspected by us
and inspector with regard to installation location, elevation, soils, depth, positive drainage and
inspection ports. The related pump was installed and tested by us with clean water during the
installation and performed properly. The pump float and alarm float were adjusted correctly. Please
