Battlement Mesa Partner LLC and/or Battlement Mesa Land Investments LLC does hereby authorize
Williams Production RMT to act as representative on our behalf with Garfield County, for the limited
purpose of signing an application requesting the approval and issuance of the Special Use Permit required
for the GV 82-5 and the PA 41-9 permits. These pad locations are located within the Planned Unit
Development for Battlement Mesa filed with Garfield County.
