Petitioner sold adjacent 68.61 acre parcel, creating an island of the
L2.02 acre paicel for which exemption is hereby requested.

Subdivision ExemPtion Request
Dear Sirs:
Enclosed find a Petition For Exemption file on behalf
of Rifle Land & Cattle, a Utah Partnerihip, for exemption of
a 12.02 acre parcel from the normal subdivision process.
The reason for the exemption is that the property has
been owned by Rifle Land & Cattle for a period of more than
five years, lnd that the division will create only one tract
under 35 acres in size.
Also enclosed is a legal description of the tract to be
created and the other exhibits required by your exemption
regulations.
Also enclosed find our check in the amount of $52 ' 00 in
payment of the fee required for the exemption request.
Wou1d you please advise me of the date that the meeting
will be set with the Board of County Commissioners, so that
I may attend in behalf of my client, Rifle Land & cattle.
