and are as follows:

refered to as German.)
The German proPerty describes Ehe centerline of Government Creek as being the
West bouna"ty iir". N.itt.r Rifle Livestock, Inc. nor Porter-Villa Meats, Inc'
description iescribes the creek. Porter-Villa Meats, Inc. descripEion includes
the Thtmpson Addition to the city of Rifle, colorado, however, the description
does not close by better than 20 feet, and conflicting lines occur on the South
and East lines tt tnat of Rifle Livestockls.Inc.. description. Porter-Vi1la
Meats, Inc. description was taken out of Rifle Livestockts, Inc' description
years ago.
It has been agreed by the three land ovmers to correct the conflict by
exchanging Quit Claim descriptions. Quit Claim description attached-
Quit Claim descriptions being exchanged:
common boundary lines
to determine and define
Rifle Livestock, Inc. to German for all land lying
centerline of Government Creek.
German to Rifle Livestock Inc. for all land lying
centerline of Government Creek.

No subdivision of land is being performed on the exchange of the Quit Clain
