Enclosed is description prepared by Pioneer Engineering & Surveying
Company of the Land being retained by the Rifl-e Snuthern Baptist Chapel.I hope this description is sufficient for the purpose of drawing the
resolution. You have the legal description on the land which I am
aequiring.
As l advised you in our telecon yesterday, I ca1-Led the Division of
trilater Resources to determine when the Well Permit would be issued, and was
advised it would take a month or two from the date it was filed on or about
Dec. 28,1979. As soon as I receive the permit, 1 wi-11 advise. In the
meantime, if there is any question of the descriptions of the land being
retained and conveyed, please l-et me know.
