I received an email from Chris Hale this morning
. The letter from Sopris looks good and satisfies the outstanding
condition. I have spoken with David Argo about going forward with the Building Permit as well.
The Land Use Change Permit is drafted and scheduled on the next Board Consent Agenda, which is Feb 6.
