WnEARAS, Richard Sierzant has petitioned the Board
of County Commissioners of Garfield Gourny, ColorL'do, tox an
exemption under C.R.S. 1973, 30-28-101(10) (a) ad (d), and
the Garfield County Subdivision Regula, ions, as amended, and
WHEREAS, the Board finds that the relocatin of a
common boundry between 3.64 acres situated in the ESE;,
Section 14, Township 7 South, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M.
and 6.26 acres situated in the NFASE% and in the SENk
Section 14, Township 7 South, Rang88 West of the 6th P.M.
into the two parcels of land more particularly de,seTibed on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part
hereof, will not be made for the purpose of evading State
and County statutes and resolutions pertaining to the sub-
division of land and that the same should be exempt frm the
definition of the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided land"
and from regulation under the Garfield County Subdivision
Regulations, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion of

the division of the tract of land above referred to into the
tracts of land more particularly described on Exhibit "A"
hereof is hereby. exempted. frothe definition
and "subdividad land" and from
County Subdivision Regulations
of "subdivision"
regulation under the Garfield
and. that the property may be
divided into the parcels as described on Exhibit "A" hereof,
provided, however, that the division of said tract of land
also be approved by the Garfield County Zoning Board of
Adjustment and a variance be grant:ed thereof.

A parcel of land situated in the EZSEy: of Section 14, Township 7 South, Range
88 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, lying Northeasteriy of a County Road
as constructed and in place: and Westerly of a 60 foot road -way as constraucted
and in place, said parcel of land is described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of said County Road whence the East
Quarter Corner of said Section 14 bears: N.35'32'11" E. 1481.54 feet; thence
North 415.00 feet; thence S.67°42'30" E. 397.11 feet to a point on the Westerly
right-of-way line of said 60 foot road -way; thence S.I2'53136" W. 79.25 feet
along said road -way; thence 108.16 feet along the arc of a. curve to the right,
having a radius of 1645.00 feet, the chord of which beers: S.14'46'37" W. 108.12
feet; thence S.16°39'38" W. 140.13 feet along said road -way; thence 107.69 feet
along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 1,003.00 feet, the• chord
of which bears: S.13°35'05" W. 107.64 feet; thence 132.63 feet along the arc of
a curve to the left, having a radius of 1,016.00 feet, the chord of which bears:
S.06°46'09" W. 132.53 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of said
County Road; thence N.55'59'17" W. 26.65 feet along the Northerly right--of-way
line of said County Road; thence N.38544'00" W. 350.00 feet along the Northerly
right-of-way line of said County Road to the point of beginning.
The above described parcel of land contains 3.64 acres, rnore or Tess.
