I’ve reviewed Resolution 2001‐07 and it appears that the amendment is consistent with the existing approval, therefore

Good Morning Kathy, I wanted to see if the following scope of work will require a formal zoning application for this
existing cell site previously approved under SUP Resolution No. 2001‐07. T‐Mobile proposes to add (3) panels, add (6)
coax, and replace (6) TMA. The structure height will not be increasing, and the ground equipment will be placed on
racks mounted on the existing concrete pad. Please let me know if you need me to submit an application.
