This fee shall be paid by the applicant. This act of recording the signed Final Plat represents the completion of the Garfield County Subdivision Process. This Building is subject to the Master Declaration for Valley View Village as evidenced by the Second Supplemental Declarations, a copy of which is attached hereto.
