Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) - (d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted January 2, 1979

Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to exempt by resolu-
tion the division of 3-7 acre tract of land into 2. tracts of

"subdivision" and "subdivided land" as the terms are used and defined in C.R.S.
(1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) -(d) and the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations,
for the reasons stated below:

Sievers Camper Park - Garfield County
Dear Mr. Sievers:
This is to inform you that the plans and specifications for your treatment
plant have been approved by the Water Quality Control Commission at its
meeting held on July 2, 1979. The plans and specifications conform to the
Colorado Department of Health Criteria Used in the Review of Wastewater
Treatment Facilities. This approval is subject to the following condition:
A certification from the engineer must be furnished prior to
commencement of operation stating that the facilities were
constructed as shown on the plans submitted or a justification
by the engineer and/or operating entity of any changes that
were made.
This review does not relieve the owner from compliance with all county
regulations prior to construction nor from responsibility for proper
engineering, construction, and operation of the facility.
Please retain this letter for your permanent records.

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
This well shall be used in such a way as to cause
no material injury to existing water rights. The
issuance of the permit does not assure the applicant
that no injury will occur to another vested water
right or preclude another owner of a vested water
right from seeking relief in a civil court action.
1) A DECREE FOR THIS APPROPRIATION MUST BE OBTAIN
ED FROM THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR WATER DIVI-
SION NO. 5, STATE OF COLORADO. THIS APPROVAL IS
SUBJECT TO THE ISSUANCE OF SAID DECREE.
2) THE PUMPING RATE OF THIS WELL SHALL BE LIMITED
TO 6 GPM OR THE ACTUAL YIELD OF THE AQUIFER,
WHICHEVER IS LESS.
3) A TOTALIZING FLOW METER MUST BE INSTALLED ON
THE WELL DISCHARGE'WHEN THIS WATER IS PUT TO
BENEFICIAL USE. DIVERSION RECORDS SHALL BE SUB-
MITTED, UPON REQUEST, TO THE, DIVISION OF WATER
RESOURCES.
4) ISSUANCE OF THIS PERMIT CANCELS PERMIT NO.

5) THIS WELL MUST BE CONSTRUCTED BY A COLORADO
LICENSED CONTRACTOR OR IF DONE BY APPLICANT, THE
