The plans and specifications conform to the Colorado Department of Health Criteria Used in the Review of Wastewater Treatment Facilities. This approval is subject to the following condition: A certification from the engineer must be furnished prior to commencement of operation stating that the facilities were constructed as shown on the plans submitted or a justification by the engineer and/or operating entity of any changes that were made. This review does not relieve the owner from compliance with all county regulations prior to construction nor from responsibility for proper engineering, construction, and operation of the facility.
