KUIPER State Engineer 1-77-,..ir ,.1';" , JUL 21 1978 Re: Smith, Hardy, Van Leeuwen, Snyder and Cozens Exemptions We have reviewed the material submitted concerning the above referenced applications for exemption from subdivision regulations. It appears that all of the proposals are situated in areas where there is sufficient ground water available to allow for issuance of domestic well permits on all parcels without injury to senior water rights. This permit allows for household use and irrigation of up to one acre of lawn or garden per lot as well as stock watering. We recommend approval of the Smith, Hardy, Van Leeuwen, Snyder and Cozens Exemptions. Very truly yours, JAD/GDV:mvf cc: Lee Enewold, Div. Eng. Ralph Stallman Land Use Comm. a Jeris A.
