GARFIELD COUNTY, COLORADO
PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) -(d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1,
1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the under-
signed
Craig and Peronelle Robbins
respectfully petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, to exempt by resolution the division of a 41.71 acre tract of
that is, 3 tracks of approximately 2 acres each and one tract
land into 4 tracts;oxy of 35 acres eeelak
more or less, and which tract to be subdivided is more particularly described as
follows:

from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the terms are used
and defined in C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (a) - (d) and the Garfield County
Subdivision Regulations, for the reasons stated below:
It is desired by petitioners to hnild and sell one home nn each tract_
In support of this petition the petitioner also submits the following:
(a) Map drawn to scale showing proposed
lot subdivision and access.
(b) Vicinity Map.
(c) Statement on source of domestic water.
(d) Statement on method of sewage disposal.
(e) 100 year floodplain information where
live stream crosses or adjoins said tract.
(f) Fee in the amount of $ 56.00

STATEMENT ON SOURCE OF DOMESTIC WATER
Domestic water is to be obtained through utilization of 3 of 5
water taps granted to owners by the City of Carbondale, as part of an
agreement granting Carbondale the right to locate 2 water wells on
owners property.
STATEMENT ON METHOD OF SEWAGE DISPOSAL
Sewage disposal will be handled by E.T.A. systems on all three
parcels of land,as designated by City and County Sanitatian Ed Feld.
100 YEAR FLOODPLAIN INFORMATION
The entire parcel of land is situated under the 100 year floodplain.
The real estate which owners propose to subdivide is approximately 1300
feet distant from river and designated floodway zone. Live stream does
not cross or adjoin pertinent land.

A parcel of land being all of Lot 1 and a part of Lot 8 of Section 34, and a
portion of Lots 3 and 4 of Section 35, all in Township 7 South, Range 88 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, said parcel of land being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Section Corner common to Sections 26, 27, 34 and 35 in said
township and range; thence S. 89°20'43" E. 684.18 feet along the Northerly line of said
Section 35; thence South 1300.48 feet; thence West 1337.67 feet to a point on the Westerly
line of said Lot 8; thence N. 00°49'00" E. along the Westerly lines of said Lots 1 and 8,
1319.00 feet to the Northwest Corner of said Lot 1, said corner being on the Northerly
line of said Section 34; thence S. 89°02'47" E. along the Northerly line of said Section 34,
634.32 feet to the Northeast Corner of said Section 34, the point of beginning, containing
39.91 acres, more or less.
