Re: ECOS Environmental & Disaster Restoration. Inc. - Under New Ownership
Dear Andy,
I wanted to follow up on a conversation you had with my colleague, Mary Bembenek, the other day about
ECOS and its new ownership. My partners James and Theresa Lowry purchased the company from Caleb
and Monica Edelman in December 2013. In July 2014, Theresa Lowry also purchased the property located
at 6690 Highway 82 in Glenwood Springs. As ECOS continues to grow and expand, we would like to finish
construction on the new building at the top of the property. In doing so, we would very much appreciate it if
you could change the current permit from Caleb Edelman to Theresa Lowry (the new owner of the property).
The current permit and parcel numbers are below:
Permit number:
Parcel number:
BLCO-2-12-2364

In addition, we are currently working with an architect to finalize drawings for the new building and expect
this will be completed in the coming weeks. Please feel free to call me with any questions.
Regards,
