Rance 95 West. 6th P.M. Section 5: NWY4SP Garfield County, Colorado Dear Ms. Bower: Per the conditions of approval listed in the Resolution 2010-08 associated with the GV 82-5 pad location: 9. The Applicant shall be required to submit a report annually, until such time as the well pad is released from the COGCC reclamation bond, of the extraction and processing operation, for staff review. Upon review of any deficiencies pursuant to conditions of approval or other local, state, or federal permits, Staff may forward the report to the County Commissioners for full review of the Special Use Permit. TEP personnel and contractors continually monitor and maintain production equipment, water removal, and production as needed. TEP has reviewed the conditions set forth in the Major Impact Review and remains compliant under the conditions of the resolution listed above.
