While the scope of work would be appropriate for a Major Grading permit, the work is being submitted as a Minor Grading permit after specific discussion with Andy Schwaller. The grading scope of work is directly tied to an upcoming building permit submittal for the same lot. Due to this pending submittal, Andy agreed to process this as a Minor Grading permit- allowing the contractor to start on excavation for the building prior to issue of a full building permit. The following information is included within this submittal: Vicinity Map/Approved Plat Soils report for the parcel Original drainage design for the Glendale Business Center, the subdivision the property is located within Grading, Utility and Construction Management plans for the proposed scope of work We understand the scope of work under this permit may not extend past clearing the site and preparation for placement of the building foundation. We appreciate your review of this permit submittal. Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns.
