Hi Andy: I fielded a question on this proposal last summer. lt is a barn/horse facility to be located on common area at
the Ranch at Roaring Fork. The common area allows for horse facilities and agricultural uses. lt looks like they have the
approval of the HOA for the proposal and per the attached memorandum of agreement it appears that they have
worked out the funding details. lf you could take a look at the attachments and let me know what if any other issues
you see and your take on building permit requirements. Please stop by to discuss this further when you get a
