AND THE 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (IECC).
3) PLUMBING FIXTURES TO BE PROTECTED FROM FREEZING. VERIFY INSULATION,
MECHANICAL/HEATING SYSTEMS & EQUIPMENT AT TOILET ROOM PLUMBING PRIOR
TO FRAME INSPECTION .
4) BUILDING IS APPROVED AS A DETACHED RESIDENTIAL ACCESSORY STRUCTURE ONLY
(GARAGE & STORAGE USES). USE OF UPSTAIRS AS ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT (A.D.U .)
IS SPECIFICALLY NOT APPROVED WITH THIS BUILDING PERMIT, BECAUSE GARFIELD
COUNTY REQUIRES A LAND USE CHANGE PERMIT & APPROVAL FOR THIS TYPE OF USE.
5) ELECTRICAL PERMITIING AND INSPECTIONS ARE BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL
BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL/COMPLETION INSPECTION.
