Applicant has been working diligently on the requested items In said letter such as having water quality retested and results sent to Mountain Cross Engineering, having Peak Survey complete the Mylar Survey Plat and sending it to Bank of America for approval. The last item the applicant needs is investor approval from Bank of America. We are requesting an extension until April 1, 2017. Thank you for considering this extension.
