To Whom it May Concern:
Please consider this a request for an extension of the deadline for application to respond to the
Directors' decision letter dated 9/16/16. Applicant has been working diligently on the requested items In
said letter such as having water quality retested and results sent to Mountain Cross Engineering, having
Peak Survey complete the Mylar Survey Plat and sending it to Bank of America for approval. The last
item the applicant needs is investor approval from Bank of America. We are requesting an extension
until April 1, 2017.

Please consider this a request for an extension of the deadline for application to respond to the
Directors' decision letter dated 9/16/16. Applicant has been working diligently on the requested items in
said letter such as having water quality retested, having Peak Survey complete the Mylar Survey Plat to
be serit to the mortgage company for approval and obtaining a partial release from mortgage company,
Bank of America. Bank of America requires 75 days and will not rush this for review. We are requesting
an extension until February 1, 2016.

As you may be aware the conditional approval is granted for a period of 90 -days, therefore the approval will expire on
December 16, 2016. Please let me know the date to which you are requesting an extension. Please be aware that
additional time may be necessary for the bank (even though they've quoted you 75 -days) and plan accordingly. I would
appreciate it if you could amend you letter so that the record in clear. Thank you.

This is beyond Mr. Kelly's control and it would be appreciated if Garfield County could please grant an extension.
