Permits expired by statute 180 days after a previous inspection if no further inspections are called. It is a violation of CRS 30-28-205 & 210, Uniform Building Code, to occupy the permitted spaces until a final inspection is completed. You are hereby given notice, pursuant to the above statutes, that you must completely correct the violations within thirty (30) days of the date this notice is received.
