I hereby acknowledge that construction of Homeplans or Improvement Projects which are determined to be in
non-compliance with this Application Submittal and the Conditions of Approval issued by the BMSA/AC may
lead to the BMSA/AC requiring my removal or reconstruction of said improvements to become in compliance, or
may lead to potential litigation initiated by the BMSA Board of Directors to enforce compliance.
I further acknowledge that any subsequent field changes which I may desire for my Homeplans or Improvement
Projects to this original Application Submittal and the original Conditions of Approval issued by the BMSA/AC
will require an additional Revised Application Submittal on my behalf, and that I will not proceed with any such
subsequent field changes until a Revised Conditions of Approval have been issued to me by the BMSA/AC.
