In answer to your questions:
1. Each space will have 1-3'0"steel walk door, and 1-12' X 16' garage door on an electric operator. All of these
doors already exist on the building.
2. Currently, the entire space (3,000 square feet) is used for storage of boats and snowmobiles, as well as a
platform man lift, water truck, and miscellaneous construction related tools and equipment. We anticipate
that Yi of the space (1,500 square feel) will continue to be used for storage of these types of items. The
other 1,500 square feet will probably be rented out to a tenant for storage, or a use that is permitted in the
Commercial Limited zoning category.
