The permit is in the Queue for review. I am not sure what approval you specifically need. As long as the structure meets
the county requirements outlined on our web site, the permit will be issued in the very near future. We typically do not
do a double review of permits. Some projects due to a zoning issue or a lot with unusual restrictions does warrant a pre
application meeting with the owner or architect. I believe this project is a more of a run of the mill barn/garage type
structureinruralGarfieldCounty. lnaquickreviewoftheplans, theflatroofsnowloadPf needstobe40PSF. This
typicallyequalsa5TPSFgroundsnowloadPg. Checkwithyourengineeronthisifthereisaquestion. Also,weusea
duration factor of 1.0 for roof trusses. Please have your engineer forward a letter for the file to correct this with the
application and design.
We have found both the structures and the installation crews related to Cleary Buildings to be of a very high
quality. These structures are a great addition to anyone's property.
