The house shall be constructed in the form, size and materials shown in the plans that were submitted to the ACC. Any changes shall be presented to the ACC for approval. 2. All exterior siding, roofing etc. is to be in natural colors and tones. 3. The 50 foot minimum setback from all property lines must be met. 4. All electric power, telephone, natural gas, and water lines are to be buried between the utility source and the house. 5. Shutoff valves are to be installed at the curb line for the domestic and irrigation water lines servicing the property. 6. An 18 -inch diameter culvert shall be installed in the drainage course along Mesa Drive at the proposed driveway. 7. Home construction is to be completed within one year after building starts. 8. Off-road parking, exclusive of carports and/or garage, for a minimum of four ca shall be provided. 9. No natural d ian ge courses shall be obstructed. 10. All necessary ermits for the septic system and any other activities required by the county, state or other regulatory agency shall be obtained in a timely manner. 11. All other covenants controlling construction and landscaping that are in effect for the Rifle Creek Estates subdivision shall be complied with. 12.
