I left a voice mailon your phone a few minutes ago. HB Rentals, the supplier of the housing facility building, will be utilizing a sewage vault located within a sea container please find a photo attached. This vault is permitted under Garfield County Permit # SEPT-12-I-6-4535. I have had project architect Jeff Johnson prepare an evaluation of the sewage vault skid for compliance with IBC 2015. Jeff is cc'd on this communicat¡on: Phone: 970-625-0580' Jeff noted the following: ,,The sewer skid use ond occupancy classification wilt be a Group U- Utitity & Miscetlaneous os defined in IBC 2075 section t would suggest the sewer skid be cotegorized os Type V-B os per 2075 tBC, (reference Toble 607). ln addition, Tqbte 602 shows that o V-B type of construction does not require rated exter¡or walls for either the Group R- Housing or the Group tJ-Sewer skid os long os the distonce between the two buildings is between 70 feet ond 30 feet. The distance between the sewer skid and the housing focility should therefore be 77'-0" " I have attached a revised site plan prepared by Jeff Johnson adding the sewer skid. please let me know if you agree with my assertion that, like the potable water skid, the sewer skid does not urre a Garfield County Building Permit. I have also cc'd Chief Mike Harvey- De Beque Fire Protection District on this email as well.
