The City of Glenwood Springs has reviewed the newly constructed Gould mini-storage facility access off of CR
116 (1097 CR 116 physical address). The location, material and slope of the driveway meets the requirements of
the City. The temp-orary recycled asphalt roadway attachment material will be replaced with asphalt once the
roadway is reconstructed to its otiginal form or improved surfacing through Gould Construction and the City of
Glenwood Springs cooperation during the spring/swnmer of 2017.
Please accept this letter as the City of Glenwood Springs acceptance of the access.
