Subject: Mother-in-law unit
Water right for in house use
Our application requesting additional domestic use for four dwelling
units has been approved by the Water Judge on May 19, 1998. Thus, the
four of us that applied now have the rights.
We did not have to purchase any more augmentation water as we are
covered in the nine acre feet we already have leased from West Divide
Conservancy District.
I will be receiving a final billing from our water lawyer, Billie
Birchfield, in a month or so. Our bookkeeper will be billing each of
the four subscribers on a pro -rate basis.
I'm glad to have this place.
