Thus, the four of us that applied now have the rights. We did not have to purchase any more augmentation water as we are covered in the nine acre feet we already have leased from West Divide Conservancy District. I will be receiving a final billing from our water lawyer, Billie Birchfield, in a month or so. Our bookkeeper will be billing each of the four subscribers on a pro -rate basis.
