The utility services, setbacks and the like are all existing and not subject to change or are a part of this application. No change in the heating, cooling and plumbing are a .part of this application. No additional conditioned space is being added to the property as the improvements/alterations being done are within existing areas and confines of the enclosure. The application that is being submitted is to alter an existing storage/mechanical room that is accessed thru a pull down ladder to a storage room with a walk in closet and a seperate mechanical room all accessed thru an arched open doorway. This area and a new open loft built as shown over the existing kitchen would be served from a new stairway as shown on the plan. Questions #1-7,11,14-16 and 19 in the application and questionaire have not been answered as they either do not apply, are already existing or not a part of this application.
