Reviewing a plan and the discovery that required information has not been provided by the applicant may result in the delay of the permit issuance and in proceeding with building construction. This causes delays because other plans that are in line for review may be given attention before the new information. may be reviewed after it has been provided to the Building Department. If you do not, it may be helpful to obtain a book titled "Dwelling Construction under the Uniform Building Code". This book is available to you through this department at our cost.
