Dear Jim;
This is to advise that inspections were made during construction
of the above referenced OVüTS and that the system has been
constructed j-n accordance wj-th the approved Pl-ans and
specifications.
Ties from the house corners to the septic tank, and north end of
the absorption bed are shown on the attached "Construction Plan
of Record". Additionally, the "Vent/Inspection Tubes" mark the
south end of the absorption bed.
A pressure test was performed and the system is operating
sat j-sfactorily.
