Teresa Carter, "Grantor", for consideration of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, hereby sells and conveys to Brent L. Lough and Roxanne Lough,
as joint tenants, whose address is 60 Oak Run, Carbondale, CO 81623, "Grantee", the following
real property in the County of Garfield and State of Colorado:
That real property described on Schedule "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference,
TOGETHER WITH AND QUIT CLAIMING, without warranty, an undivided one-half
interest in and to that certain well located on the westerly boundary of the real property
descrihed in Schedule "A" attached hereto, said well being constructed pursuant to well
permit No. 104775 issued by the Colorado Division of Water Resources on March 2,
1979 and subject to the Common Well Covenant recorded as Reception No. in
the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Garfield County, Colorado,
with all its appurtenances and warrants the title W same except and subject to general property
taxes for 1990, a lien not yet due and payable; easements, restrictions, reservations, and
rights-of-way of record or as situate and in use; rights and claims, if any, resulting from the
