3) ALL WORK MUST COMPLY WITH GARFIELD COUNTY'S "RURAL" ZONE DISTRICT
STANDARDS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CURRENT LAND USE CHANGE PERMIT (PERMIT#
GAPA-03-16-8437).
4) OPEN-HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION, 2000 PSF.
5) PROVIDE ENGINEERED TRUSS SHOP DRAWINGS FOR INSPECTOR REVIEW AT FRAME
INSPECTION.
6) PROVIDE ELEVATION HEIGHT SURVEY AT FRAME INSPECTION TO VERIFY BUILDING
COMPLIES WITH 25-FOOT HEIGHT LIMITATION REQUIREMENTS.
7) SEPTIC SYSTEM TO COMPLY WITH GARFIELD COUNTY'S ON-SITE WASTEWATER
TREATMENT SYSTEM (OWTS) STANDARDS & REQUIREMENTS.
