The problem is where the trap arms of P.V.C. penetrates the sheet rock can melt,the fire could go from one unit to the other. An easy solution would be, an extra piece of sheet rock placed in the middle of the separation wall, between the P.V.C. plumbing pipes Dave Clark suggested it and 1 think it a good solution. 1111 show a drawing of it.
