The engineering data of floor and roof is quoted from the 1991 UBC and has been approved for
the duplexes. Garfield County adopted the 1994 Uniform Building Code January 2, 1996, All
plans must be in conformance with the 1994 UBC.
We require engineering data on each individual permit, with original architect's or engineer's
stamp. Copies are accepted for mirror images only.
Plan analysis and correction report on the duplexes are unacceptable and irrelevant.
The Garfield County Building Department will require the same information as above be
submitted for 0011 Dakota Drive, Lot 11.
Your plans will not be approved until the relevant information has been submitted and approved
by the Chief Building Official.
