AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (1.E.C.C.) 2) COMPLIANCE WITH ALL GARFIELD COUNTY FLOOD PLAIN REQUIREMENTS IS REQUIRED FOR ANY DEVELOPMENT LOCATED WITHIN THE FLOOD PLAIN FOR CATILE CREEK. 3) OPEN-HOLE SOILS REPORT IS REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 1500 PSF SOIL BEARING CAPACITY. 4) IN ACCORDANCE WITH PLAT NOTE #26, INSTALL A LOW EARTHEN BERM, 2 TO 3 FEET HIGH ABOVE THE EXISTING DEBRIS FAN SURFACE AND LOCATED IN THE NORTHERN PART OF THE BUILDING ENVELOPE, TO PROTECT THE RESIDENCE FROM REASONABLY LIKELY DEBRIS FLOW EVENTS. VERIFY FINAL LOCATION AND DESIGN CRITERIA WITH SOILS ENGINEER OF RECORD. 5) ENGINEERED DESIGN FOR ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM IS REQUIRED, AND INSPECTIONS OF OWTS SHALL BE PERFORMED BY COLORADO LICENSED ENGINEER. OWTS DESIGN SHALL COMPLY WITH STATUTORY SEPARATION DISTANCES (SETBACKS) FROM IRRIGATION DITCHES, UNLESS ON-OR OFF-SITE IRRIGATION DITCHES ARE LINED OR PIPED. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S FINAL REPORT PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 6) AN IN-HOME WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM IS REQUIRED. AFTER SYSTEM IS INSTALLED AND PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION, THE WATER SHALL BE FURTHER TESTED TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SAFE WATER DRINKING STANDARDS. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S APPROVAL REPORT PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION. 7) ELECTRICAL PERMITIING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
