The Client had the property staked and was relying on the stakes to be accurate, which appears they were not, based on the improvement survey of which I now have. I have attached the drawings for your preliminary review and will get you 2 sets of stamped/sealed drawings upon your review for compliance. I will also have the addition on the improvement survey to show compliance. I have also updated the S1.0 sheet to show 2015 code compliance. Let me know your thoughts and we will proceed accordingly.
