Corrections: 250.50, 250.53G Two ground rods are installed as the grounding electrode system. The ground
rods are not driven flush with grade. There is no ufer electrode and there must be. Establish
concrete encased electrode for this new construction. With that, the ground rods would not be
necessary. The grounding electrode system can be checked next rough inspection.
Comments: 1) Temporary heat meter release ok 2) Typically a rough on the shop or house would take plac
at the same time as these temporary heat meter releases. That saves a trip charge... For future
reference. 3) Shop and house rough needed yet 4) Inspector, check GE system next vist.
