PERMISSION IS HEREBY GRANTED TO THE APPLICANT AS OWNER. CONTRACTOR AND/OR THE AGENT OF THE CONTRACTOR OR OWNER TO
CONSTRUCT THE STRUCTURE AS DETAILED ON PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS SUBMITTED TO AND REVIEWED BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT
IN CONSIDERATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF THIS PERMIT THE SIGNER HEREBY AGREES TO COMPLY WITH ALL BUILDING CODES AND LAND USE
REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY GARFIELD COUNTY PURSUANT TO AUTHORITY GIVEN IN 30.28.201 CRS AS AMENDED. THE SIGNER FURTHER
AGREES THAT IF THE ABOVE SAID ORDINANCES ARE NOT FULLY COMPLIED WITH IN THE LOCATION, ERECTION, CONSTRUCTION AND USE OF
THE ABOVE DESCRIBED STRUCTURE. THE PERMIT MAY THEN BE REVOKED BY NOTICE FROM THE COUNTY AND THAT THEN AND THERE IT

A review of the plans for the Helihut Corp. Helicopter
Hanger for conformance to UBC requirements was performed at
a level customary to the trade. Except for the "red -lined"
notes on the plans and conditions of permit which are
expected to be field enforced, and the Plan Review
Correction List which should be resolved prior to the
issuance of the permit, general UBC code compliance was
found for the Helihut Corp. Helicopter Hanger
A review of the structurals was not performed by
Cadcode. The plans are stamped by a structural engineer
licensed in the State of Colorado, The Building Official
should be aware that structural reviews by Cadcode are not
performed by an architect or engineer licensed in the State
of Colorado,
- Please refer to the Plan Review Correction List for
items that should be addressed prior to issuance of the
permit. These items are addressed on the redlined plans and
conditions of permit as well.
Plans were not checked for UPC and UMC compliance
although notes calling for general compliance with these
codes are included.
Attached are the conditions of permit and redlined
plans so that the permit can be issued upon resolution of
the items on the Plan Review Correction List,
