revised drawings on April 26ú,2016 and final material samples and on April
Ranch DRC has the following final comments and you are now approved
- Modifications have been made to both the stucco and stone colors as
these appear to be very 'lellowish." Please try to ensure that the stone
variation in color and texture to break up this "yellowish" tone
Please place silt and/or construction fencing at the edges of the construction
on the site plan prior to grading activities to define the limits of
construction. This will help limit the amount of disturbance to the native vegetation.
3. Construction Start - Please provide a time for site meeting required under Appendix A and
supply Construction Deposit as defined in Appendix E before starting construction.
