OWTS DESIGN AND INSPECTION
Dear Andy;
1 am writing this Ietter pursuant to Matt Provost's request for documentation concerning
the design and installation of the ISDS system constructed at 888 Schooner Lane, on Lot
25 of the Stirling Ranch Subdivision in Garfield County. Colorado.
The original design drawings for the OWTS as you know were prepared by our office in
2016 and were based on Garfield County Environmental Health Department OWTS
Regulations at that time. The plans were subsequently reviewed and approved by your
department during the building permit process.
During the first week in August of 2016, 1 personally inspected the installation of the
OWTS, and while I did not physically survey its location on the Lot, the OWTS system
was, to the best of my knowledge, installed in accordance with the approved plans and
specifications.
