Thank you for zubmitting preliminary plans for review by the DRC at their August 25,
2005 meeting. The DRC has completed the prelipinary review of the submitted plans
and looks forurard to a final review for the Lietz residence on Lot FW-13 in Aspen Glen
For final review please include the following items in the plan submittal:
l. a landscape pJqn and glqding/dfainage plan must be included for review;
2. pleaxplgvide samples ofthe materials proposed forthe home as well as
A final review will not be scheduled until the building envelope adjushelrt has been
approved by Garfield County. When scheduling this item for final review I require at
least 12 working days notice in order to post the proprly and notiff adjacent neighbors
regnrding the pending development as required by the Guidelines.
Please keep in mind that a copy of your approved plans is kept on file for periodic review
by the Design Review Committee to assure compliance with your approved plans. Any
anticipated changes from your approved plans must be submitted to, reviewed by and
receive *ni"1 from the Design Review Comrrittee pnor to making any changes.
