Final Plat of The Fairways atAspen Gle,nPLJD was rocondedonAugust 17,1995 havingrec€trion
number 550616 John Muir Architects., replesenting the Pfricira Frankel Rwocable Tntst, is
requesting an increase to the overall building envelope on lot 13. The proposed modification ofthe
building envelope is as follows:
1. Front yad setback from 30 toll'
2. East side yard setback from 20' la 12.5'
3. West side 1,lard sstback from 20' ta 12.5', with r€spect to the utility easement
4. Rear yard is unchanged

The Aspen Glen Design Review Committee (DRC) has reviewed the proposed building envelope
change. The DRC has stated the proposod changes is consistent with the mderlying dimensional
requirements, and have no objectionto the change.
2. AUTHORITY
$6:10 of the Snbdivision regu*ations stat€s that an ame,ndment may be made to a recorded pld" if
such amendment does not l) increase the number of zubdivision lots or dwelling rmits, or 2) rcsult in
the major relocation of a road or add new roads. This reqrcst will not rcsult in either of the two
aforeme,lrtioned standds and Statrfinds these stmdfrds re met.

$6:10 ofthe SuMivisionReguldions of 1984, asamendd approvethis amededpl*requestwith
the following conditions:
l. That all representations of the .Applicant eitrer wiftin the application or stafpd at the moeting
before the Boil{ shall be considered conditions of ryoval.
2. AII plat notes from the original Final Plat of The Fairways at Aspen Glen shall be shown or
refereircd onthis amended plat
3. Within 90 days ofapp,roval, the Amended Final Plat shall be reviewed (paper copy), then sigtrod
and dated (mylar copy) by the Couty Surveyor, then signed and dat€d by the Chairman ofthe
Board and recorded in the Clert and Rrcorder's Office of Garfield County. The Amended Final
Plat sha[ meet the minimum CRS standards for land survey platg as required by Colorado state
law, and approved by the County Surveyor aod shall inchde, 61;6 minimrmr, fu information
