and B5 as platted and described here on.
The real property depicted and described on the within Amended Plat is subject to all applicable
Plot Notes set forth on the Fino! Plot, Aspen Glen, Filing No. 1, recorded Aprrl 6, 1995 os Reception
No. 476330.
The 7.5' side lot line easements along the original Loi line being vacated by this Plot ore also
vacated by this Plat.
The owners hereby restate and rededicate all dedications mode of any portions of the subject
property to the purposes and for the beneficiaries os set forth in the Certification of Dedication and
Ownership contained upon the Final Plot, Aspen Glen, Filing No. 1, recorded April 6, 7 995 as
Reception No. 476330.
There ore no public roads within this subdivision.

Thal said owners do hereby dedicol& and set apart all streets and roods as shown on the accompanying plot to the use of the public forever,
and hereby dedicate to the Public Utilities those portions of said real property which ore fabled as utility easements on the accompanying plot
as perpetual easements for the installation and maintinance of utilities, irrigation and drainage facilities, including but not limited to electric
fines, gas lines, telephone lines; together with the right to trim interfering trees and brush; with perpetual right of ingress and egress for
installation and mainlinance of such lines. Such easements and rights shall be u/Jlized in a reasonable and prudent manner.
That all expense for street paving or improvements shall be furnished by the seller or purchaser, not by Garfield County.
