according to the Plat thereof recorded April 6, 1995 as Reception No.
476330 In the Garfield County Clerk and Recorders Office.
Said parcel contains 2.441 acres more or less; have by these presents
laid out, plotted and subdivided the same into o lot as shown
hereon and designate the same as Amended Plot of Lot B 9, Aspen

those portions of said real property which ore labeled as utility
