Copy of the deed showing ownership. Additionally, submit a lefter from the property owne(s) if the owner is being represented by another pafi other than the owner. lf the property is owned by a corporate entity (such as an LLC, LLLP, etc.) please submit a copy of recorded ' Statement of Authoritf demonstrating that the person signing the application has the authority to act in that capacity for the entity. OIINER and COUNTY agree that because of the size, nature or scope of the proposed project, it is not possible at this time to ascertain the full extent of the costs involved in processing the application. O\ JNER agrees to make payment of the Base Fee, established for the PROJECT, and to thereafter permit additional costs to be billed to OIANER. O\ JNER agrees to make additional payments upon notification by the COUNry when they are necessary as costs are incurred. 4.
